All prices are per night for up to 10 guests and exclude cleaning fees and refundable security bond. 25% of the total cost of the booking is due at time of booking - the balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the booking period. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Higher rates apply for weekends, SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND HOLIDAY PERIODS.
