Grounds & Amenities
Many of our guests say that the size and beautify of the grounds on the property are the best kept secrets of Beach Stone House.
The property is surrounded by 45,000 acres of Cooloola-Great Sandy National Park that stretches from Noosa to Fraser Island. the grounds at Beach Stone House include 36 acre of stunning semi cleared bush. Aside from the main gate, there are no fences at Beach Stone House so the property seamlessly merges into the National Park.
On the property itself you will find all manner of native birds and animals including our resident mob of kangaroos. If you are very lucky will will spot koalas and the majestic pair of sea eagles that nest on the property.
Amenities at Beach Stone House include a full sized tennis court and a quarter sized basketball court. Between the house and the tennis court is a bush fire place with chairs and benches to enable guests to enjoy the beauty of an evening around a camp fire.
For guests wanting to explore the property, you will find a rough walking path that traces a line around the entire property. A bush track now takes guests into the heavily wooded southern side of the property - go to the main gate and follow the perimeter south until you spot a break in the bush!
